# NosVarya Rules

<mark style="color:yellow;">Public Document</mark>

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Rules. \
Breaking them can result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

## 1. <mark style="color:red;">Terms of Service</mark>

### 1.1 <mark style="color:yellow;">Acceptance</mark>

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms of Service. \
If you do not agree, you must not use NosVarya.

### 1.2 <mark style="color:yellow;">Account Ownership</mark>

• Each player may have up to 1 accounts.\
• Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts or login credentials is forbidden.\
• Accounts are linked to the IP address used.\
• Hiding or changing your real IP address (VPN, proxy, phone tethering, etc.) is forbidden.

### 1.3 <mark style="color:yellow;">Account Termination</mark>

• We may suspend or delete accounts at any time, without giving a reason.\
• Staff decisions are final and may override written rules if necessary.\
• You may request suspension of your account at any time.

### 1.4 <mark style="color:yellow;">Virtual Goods & Purchases</mark>

• Virtual goods (items, coins, currency) have no real-world value and cannot be owned.\
• Content may be altered, removed, or disabled by staff at any time without compensation.\
• If the server resets, refunds of purchased items or coins are not guaranteed.\
• Any chargeback or unauthorized payment leads to immediate account suspension.

### 1.5 <mark style="color:yellow;">Related Policies</mark>

• Game Rules : define player behavior and fair play.\
• Discord Rules : define community behavior.\
• Privacy Policy : explains how we collect and use data.

### 1.6 <mark style="color:yellow;">Multi Account</mark>&#x20;

* One account per person. <mark style="color:yellow;">No exceptions</mark>.
* One account = <mark style="color:yellow;">ONE ACCOUNT IN TOTAL</mark> (NOT ONLY 1 ACCOUNT SIMULTANEOUSLY)
* Owning multiple computers does not allow you to play multiple accounts.
* Excuses like “**It’s my brother/cousin/girlfriend playing, they just give me all their materials**” \
  will not be accepted.\
  If you break this rule, you risk losing all your accounts <mark style="color:yellow;">no warnings, no second chances.</mark>&#x20;

#### 🛡️ <mark style="color:blue;">Account & Raid Rules</mark>

**1.** <mark style="color:yellow;">Account Limit</mark>

* Each player is allowed to own **a maximum of 1 accounts**.

**2.** <mark style="color:yellow;">Raid Participation</mark>

* You can join raids using **up to 1 accounts at the same time**.
* Playing together with **family members** (siblings, cousins, partners, etc.) **does not increase the limit** the maximum number of accounts allowed on the same internet connection remains **1 in total**.

**3.** <mark style="color:yellow;">Hardware Restrictions</mark>

* The multiclient system is restricted by **Hardware ID**. This means **each physical PC can connect up to 1 accounts** at once.

**4.** <mark style="color:yellow;">Penalties</mark>

* Exceeding the 1-account limit by any method will result in a **permanent ban** of **all accounts involved**.
* **There will be no second chances or appeals for violations of this rule.**

## 2. <mark style="color:red;">Game Rules</mark>

### 2.1 <mark style="color:yellow;">General Behavior</mark>

1\. Respect all players and staff – no harassment, insults, hate speech, racism, sexism, or homophobia.\
2\. No leaking of private or personal information.\
3\. No impersonation of staff or other players.\
4\. Do not ask staff for items, gold, or boosts.\
5\. No spam (chat or speaker), excessive caps, or repeated messages.\
6\. No advertising of other servers. \
(Twitch/YouTube self-promotion is allowed.)

### 2.2 <mark style="color:yellow;">Bugs & Exploits</mark>

1\. Abusing bugs, glitches, or exploits is forbidden.\
2\. Bugs must be reported to staff immediately.\
3\. Publishing bug information publicly is not allowed.\
4\. Items obtained through exploits must not be kept or traded.\
5\. Suspicious trades (e.g., unrealistic prices) must be reported.

### 2.3 <mark style="color:yellow;">Hacks, Bots & Macros</mark>

1\. Hacks, bots, macros, and third-party tools that give unfair advantage are forbidden.\
2\. Any program that allows gameplay without player input is considered botting.

### 2.4 <mark style="color:yellow;">Accounts & Usage</mark>

1\. Each player may have up to 1 accounts.\
2\. Multi-accounting is forbidden in raids and for farming.\
3\. Multi-accounting is forbidden in PvP and competitive events \
(Rainbow Battle, tournaments, popularity rankings, etc.).\
\
4\. Do not hide or manipulate your IP to create additional accounts.\
5\. Account sharing is strongly discouraged. Shared accounts lose all support rights.\
6\. Rule violations are punished on the account, regardless of who used it.

### 2.5 <mark style="color:yellow;">Scamming & Transactions</mark>

1\. Scamming is forbidden.\
2\. Only the official website [https://nosvarya.com](https://nosvarya.com/) is supported.\
3\. Staff will not refund lost items, scams, or drops. Players should keep trade screenshots.

### 2.6 <mark style="color:yellow;">PvP & Rainbow Battle</mark>

1\. Each player may only participate with one account in Rainbow Battle or any other PvP event.\
2\. AFK, griefing, or intentionally throwing matches is forbidden.\
3\. Team sabotage or helping the enemy team is forbidden.\
4\. If surrendering, the $ff command must be used; until then, players must actively fight(minimum 5 minutes).\
5\. Cheaters or AFK players lose event rewards and may receive bans.\
6\. Respect staff instructions during PvP events.

## 3. <mark style="color:red;">Discord Rules</mark>

### 3.1 <mark style="color:yellow;">General</mark>

• By joining our Discord, you accept that we may delete your messages or exclude you at any time.\
• Staff always makes the final call.\
• Discord actions can affect your in-game account.

### 3.2 <mark style="color:yellow;">Chat Rules</mark>

• No spam, flooding, or excessive caps.\
• English is required in #general-english other languages belong in their respective channels.\
• No insults, harassment, NSFW content, racism, sexism, or homophobia.\
• No leaking private information.\
• Keep memes/gifs in #memes-but-not-nsfw.\
• Off-topic conversations belong in off-topic channels.

### 3.3 <mark style="color:yellow;">Staff & Communication</mark>

• Do not ask staff for items, gold, or boosts.\
• Do not ping staff unless it’s an emergency.\
• If you feel treated unfairly, contact a Game Supporter first. They will escalate if needed.

### 3.4 <mark style="color:yellow;">Names & Avatars</mark>

• No fake staff identities.\
• No sexual, obscene, racist, or insulting names.\
• No NSFW avatars or banners.

## 4. <mark style="color:yellow;">Punishments</mark>

Violations may result in:\
• Warning (verbal or written)\
• Mute (temporary loss of chat rights)\
• Temporary ban (1–30 days)\
• Permanent ban (for severe or repeated offenses)\
