What is Rune Carving?

Rune Carving is a reworked feature here in NosVarya that lets you carve your Main Weapon and Armour to further improve its offensive and defensive stats.

Where can I start my Rune Carving?

You will be able to carve a rune for your equipments at Martas in Olorun Village.

How does Rune Carving work?

  • Your Main Weapon and Armour can receive up to a total of 30 Rune Levels.

  • Carved Runes on your Main Weapon can provide you Offensive Runes while your Armour can provide you Defensive Runes.

  • When Carving Runes, the first 5 levels will grant you one unique rune skill

  • On the 6th level up to 25th, every successful upgade will allocate one step up to 1 of the 5 rune skills you have received for your equipment.

  • On the 26th level, you can receive 1 Rune Power at random.

  • On the 27th up until 30th, each successful upgrade will boost the level of your Rune Power you have obtained on 26th by 1 until it reaches +5.

What Rune Powers can I get on +26?

You may notice a range of effectiveness in each and every buff. Since every buff can be upgraded to Level 5, the effects will be enhanced for each Level.

Weapon Rune Powers

Commander

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance to apply Attack!! to the alliance within 3-7 fields.

Onyx Rage

  • When attacking, there is a 3-5% chance of causing Onyx Rage

Time Turner

  • When attacking, there is a 3-5% chance to apply Chronoshift

Berseker

  • When attacking, there is a 5% to deal 5-20% damage to enemies in 1-2 surrounding fields.

Sniper

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance to apply Sniper

Vampire

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance to apply Bloodsucker

Power Drain

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance that HP will be increased by 2-10% of damage given.

Mad Arsonist

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance to apply Successful Experiment

Archmage's Revenge

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance to apply Elemental Destruction

Lethality

  • When attacking, there is a 5% chance to apply Lethal Damage


Armour Rune Powers

Engage

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance to apply Engage to the alliance within 3-7 fields.

Holy Blessing

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance to restore the HP of the alliance within 3-5 fields by 3-10%.

Cleansing Power

  • When defending, there is a 3-7% chance to remove all negative effects.

Slippery

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance of causing Slippery

Alchemy Mastery

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance of causing Immunity

Moral Raise

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance to apply Raised Moral to the alliance within 3-7 fields.

Almighty Push

  • When defending, there is a 3-7% chance to push your opponent back 3-5 fields.

Wild Fur

  • When defending, there is a 2-10% chance to draw enemies to 1 fields away from you.

Spike Shield

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance of causing Spike Shield

Spike Rage

  • When defending, there is a 5% chance of dealing Player Level * [20-75] damage to enemies around you in 3-5 cells.
