	On the upper-left side, near the Land of Champion portal, you’ll find an NPC that allows you to craft the Fernon Hero 45 weapons
Another way to obtain Fernon weapons is by completing the [HardCore] Incomplete Fernon raid to earn the chest	[HardCore] Incomplete Fernon

Equipment Hero 55 - 60 (Act 7)	Where?
You must obtain the chest from the Belial raid box	Use the Home Manager widget to reach the map where the Belial raid begins. Map Celestial Spire 5
When you reach Hero Level 55, you will also receive the Belial equipment scrolls.	If you need additional Belial scrolls, you can craft them at the Mysterious Magic Shop NPC.
