Buy Scroll in the Npc in Individual Arena Manager Shop PvP

PvP Tier I, II, III Production Scroll (Sword) PvP Tier I, II, III Production Scroll (Archer) PvP Tier I, II, III Production Scroll (Mage)

To obtain PvP Equipment (Tier IV), you need to go to the Dragonveil Map (Act 8).
